Did you read the last page3 week break

Good chapter, I gotta say. But with very bewildering parts around it. How did Kensei be captain again? (Did he Or how the hell did he come back to the soul society?) Shiniji Hirako again? (If you ask me, wasn't they exiled from the soul society?) These questions need to be solved.

Ichigo is sometimes too naive, if you ask me. Taking back Ginjou's corpse, back to the real world? Just because he was the 1st substitute Shinigami? Confusing...

So, I guess Riruka killed herself by dropping down from the building? Or did she just vanish? And WHAT THE FUCK, wait another 3 weeks towards the next Bleach Arc? Damn it, Tite Kubo, you lazy bastard.

Edit: Well, after reading the last chapter of the last Arc a final time. I can understand some parts of it.

3rd division former captain, who was Gin Ichimaru. (Status now is Dishonorable Discharge.)
Because Gin is no longer their and Discharged from his duties, Rōjūrō Ōtoribashi (Rose) was allowed to return to Soul Society. After which, he eventually regained his former captain position.

As for Aizen, who is also alive and discharged from his duties, will be back hopefully in the next Arc. As for Shinji, who is once again the Fifth Division's captain, who used his powers to help, Ichigo regains his powers back.

And finally as for the Kaname Tōsen, who is dead and dishonored from the soul society has his former captain, coming back towards his rightful position. At some point after Aizen's defeat, Kensei returns to Soul Society, where he regains his position as captain of the Ninth Division. Nice hairdo too.

Well, the only questions that lies so far is that, did Riruka commit suicide or did she just vanish? And, do these Vizards still have their Hollow powers? The mask I mean...(I guess so...)

How typical that he shows 12 captains... and the only one he didn't show was Mayuri. He's probably off doing something and not giving a shit about Ichigo, but I'm anticipating to see what he new look/mask/makeup will be like. Otherwise, a nice chapter, was great to see everyone again and cheers to the people who said the Vizards wouldn't be relevant again.

Why wouldn't they let the vizards back they did fight aizen side by side with the soul society with honor and most vizards are captain class

This chapter opened up a few questions for me, and has got me wondering a few things, such as how ol' man Yama will react to Ichigo's new found power, even though Yama was in full support of restoring Ichigo's power.

Also Ichigo's words of "he is just a substitute shinigami." has me wondering if Ichigo may be thinking of joining the Gotei 13 or something like that, or perhaps he just no longer regards himself as a substitute any longer.

Apart from Shunsui and Hachigen, no one had a better performance. So, what performance? Like you said, plot armor. Everyone just had to stay there whatever their power was. Even if any of them could defeat Aizen easly just by using their Bankai. We don't know. So, doubting that their Captain status is legit, doesn't make any sense.

I hope they can still use their Masks.

The other one that obviously had to shine was Urahara, that Kubo had to treat in a special way since we all know that will probably have a big role as a villain or something like that on the future.
He was the one that really finished up Aizen without being touched and without revealing one single thing about his real power. Not even his Shikai.
