Honestly, there really shouldn't be a set character amount in numbers for I know there are memebers, Such as myself, that can play more then just three characters for there are so many options of what to be made. I say instead of cutting on character amount. We should put a restriction that you have have two in each tiers 0,1,2,3. That way there is still a restriction but also it makes the memeber think of more to make the character higher or lower of their wants.

I'd say four max no repeat races ie no two shinigami. Tiers shouldn't matter too much but positions in orgs should. As I don't play more then two possible third in the making who knows.

well yer i agree with taz on no repeat with races and with the tier and org as well and really there are some people who are able to RP more then one character at a time like me.

In a global Rp, I think having 8 or more characters is too much.

3 is fine really. Because if you have too many characters, especially under one profile, things can get confusing. If everyone ran around with that many characters it would be a mess or they would still only favor 1-3 of those characters anyway.
