"Black and white net. Twenty-two bridges, sixty-six crowns and belts. Footprints, distant thunder, sharp peak, engulfing land, hidden in the night, sea of clouds, blue line. Form a circle and fly though the heavens. Bakudo 77: Tenteikūra."

A large network of spiritual energy suddenly influxed as Rena stood in the Captain's meeting chamber and had the communication kidou activated herself showing zig zag patterns on her arms and kanji on her palms and a wide "screen" of blue energy in front of her as well. Regardless of their position within Soul Society or even the World of the Living, or even more further if they happened to be in Hueco Mundo somehow for some reason. Her captain's, vice captain's and 3rd seats of every division would have heard her speak in their mind.

"We are holding a meeting. Come at once. No other mission, objective, or otherwise takes precedence over this order. Return and convene immediately. Those who do not show within the time limit will be harshly punished."

The link ended soon after and left in their minds the "time limit" she spoke of. Causing some to casually arrive while others probably freaked out and hurried. Depending on where they were. Usually when a meeting was called only the captain's, with some Vice-captains at best, were involved, but considering she had called to ALL the vice-captains and even 3rd seat members. Something was clearly wrong.

With the Bakudo worn off Rena simply stayed where she was, and waited. Carefully considering her options before the meeting officially started to see what all could be done without using sheer brute force to cause what could easily become a catastrophe. She had a few ideas but was going to listen to others first before she came to a final decision.

Kokoro heard about the meeting and had little to say, he was frankly itching for some excitement at this point and well.. They needed this. The Espada were getting a little too big for Kokoro's own liking and these milk-drinkers in Captain's clothing were getting well beyond ridiculous in regards to their milk-drinking tendencies. Smiling a bit, Kokoro walked in and said hello to Rena, the only non-milk drinker in the Gotei at the moment, and pulled up a seat. "Well boss, what's the plan, surely this is urgent, no?" He smirked a bit, he knew that this was probably urgent, and he had no need to fret.. This would be fun. This, would be exciting. Hell, it might be worth leaving the lab for after-all..

Hagane had heard a mental message in his head, alerting him of a meeting to be held effectively immediately. He picked up a rather large jug of water and quickly made his way to the where the meeting was being held. Hagane before hand was doing some exercises, and using himself as a punching bag for some of his squad members, trying to become as rock-steady as possible.

Upon reaching the place where the meeting was being held, he marched in. Bowing his head and smiling at the Captain-Commander 'Rena' as he did so, and also giving the Captain of Squad 12 'Kokoro' a two fingered solute.

Hagane found his seat and jumped into it, making himself comfy as he began sipping from his large jug of water. He stared down Kokoro for a bit, smiling as he did so, before turning his attention to Rena.
"So what's the urgency of the Meeting?" Hagane said taking a large swig of water.

9th Division
Not even two steps from the Senkaimon Gate and it hits him...the atmosphere of being back within the Soul Society. A wall of emotions begin to flood over him before the current flood of emergency reminds him of the current state the Gotei 13 could be in. Everyone is whispering about it to themselves since no one above the third seat status knows what's going on yet but as you know with people, they talk and rumors begin to spread until they are confirmed or denied as truth. All Shingen knows, is that he also must report to that meeting for a couple of personal reasons outside of the general summoning reason. He finds his renewed resolve and begins to make way for the meeting room where the Captain Commander's reiatsu can be found.

After trekking across the Gotei, he finds two others had already made their way there of Captain level. Shingen walks in and pays his respect to each with a bow before approaching the Captain Commander herself to address her. "Shingen Minamori reporting for duty. I was your missing Shinigami that your Captain went to the World of the Living to retrieve. I'm sorry if I caused any of you any distress due to my absence. I will humbly accept whatever you have in mind as a punishment for my actions. If you will still use me, you may place me wherever you see fit Commander." explains Shingen with his head still bowed until he feels he is worth to be eye to eye with the Commander.

Upon receiving the message, the red-haired captain of Squad 2 immediately made his way to the designated meeting place, he wasn't the first to arrived though he recognized those that had convened, if not from in person than from the files that the Gotei maintained on each of their members. There was the captains Of Squad 12, and 11 present as well as the shinigami that he had recently returned to the fold from the wold of the living. Taking the position normally reserved for squad two Kaede waited patiently for the rest of the members to join, rather than questioning the importance of the meeting like Hagane did, he knew Rena well enough to know that she will explain the point of the meeting when she was ready, which of course will probably be when the rest of the people showed just so she will not have to repeat herself.

While he waited however Kaede decided to take a brief excursion into the world of his Zanpakuto to talk to his partner, and see if she has any opinions on what might be about to happen.

A blonde man, tall with crystal-blue eyes, strode towards the Captain's Meeting Room in the First Division, smiling politely at the Shinigami gawking at him on the way. He was an odd sight in the Seireitei, considering the differences in his appearance, gait, and speech. He wore a sleeveless Shihakusho, and had no distinguishing features of rank other than the uniform of the Gotei 13 and an inordinate amount of Reiatsu. The Zanpakuto strapped to his back was an odd sight to behold, as it was a large, two-handed broadsword instead of the typical katana. Arthur himself was almost thankful that most Shinigami didn't recognize him for who he was, and respected him solely for his accomplishments since he graduated from his crash course at the Shin'o Academy less than a month previously. His contact through Tenteikura, when the only others that were contacted were Captains, Lieutenants, and Third Seats was odd, but he wouldn't let it bother him. He wasn't sure that the Captain-Commander knew of his past, as no one had put two and two together.

Walking into the office, he stood in front of the person he identified as Captain-Commander Lisola and saluted, left hand behind his back, at attention and his right making a clawed gesture over his heart, clenching his fist and holding it towards her. The salute, the predecessor to the open-handed salute and the more modern hand over the heart was symbolic of offering one's heart to his or her leader. Speaking in a tenor, deep enough to be masculine but soft enough not to be threatening, his natural British accent made it's way through. There was no reason to lie to his liege, and so he told her his true name with no regrets. "Captain-Commander Lisola, it is an honor to meet you. Arthur Pendragon at your service, milady."

Shojo was sitting around in the nest when he heard the Head Captian Rena say something about all the Captains/Vice-Captains and third seat's needed to meet at once "Oh man that means us too Shiro." he said standing up "EVERYONE STAY WERE YOU ARE AND BE GOOD." he shouted rushing out the Nest and making his way to the meeting. 'You know this something that we don't need to a part of right.' Shiro told him as they arrived at the meeting "Oh hey most of the Captains are here cool." Shojo said running behind his Captian 'Oh ya this perfect we can see all the big shots and plan on who to kill first.' Shiro commented as they waited for Rena to start the meeting. Shojo looked around with a smile on his face as the other Captains showed up slowly with their Vice Captains behind them or Thrid seats.

People were running everywhere; orders had been received, apparently. This was, by far, the worst possible time to make a return to Seireitei, clearly.

Oh well.

Stepping onto the grounds of Division 1, Ragnar noticed just how many people he didn't actually recognize. Apparently, being gone for five hundred years meant that the entire Gotei would have an overhaul. Was there a single Shinigami here that he knew? Well, at least the Captain-Commander would still be around. That was one thing he could take solace in, and as he shifted his body into the main office of the First Division, the hulking beast Ragnar Lothbrok looked down upon the Shinigami sitting at the desk with a smile.

"Go right on in. Not everyone's here yet, though."

...wait, what?

Was his return announced? Did people who'd recognized him in Rukongai's various districts send messages to alert the Captain-Commander that he was returning? Wait... she? What the hell was going on here?

Inside the room, Ragnar took note of everyone else who was here. There was a short brunette in the Captain-Commander's position... was she the Captain-Commander, or just their Lieutenant? Ragnar wasn't sure what to think, and given that he couldn't sense even a drop of spiritual energy over his own, which was being released at full volume, it made some degree of sense that he was confused. Still, there was... wait, was that Kokoro? Okay, at least one Shinigami here might recognize him. They weren't friends, but even five hundred years ago, Kokoro was still extremely reknowned, and Ragnar vaguely recalled Kokoro's presence at his Captain Proficiency test.

There was another very young Shinigami, who had a large jug of water near him, and was wearing the emblem for Division 11... this guy was the Kenpachi? Holy shit changes. Continuing to look around, Ragnar noted a man who carried no weapon, likely a member of Division 2 (Captain, judging by the Haori) who seemed to be talking with his Zanpakutou. Additionally, two Shinigami who seemed to be brand new here, and did the only thing that was sensible... he followed suit.

"So you're the Captain-Commander now, huh? Jeez, things have changed... Any chance you know the name Ragnar Lothbrok?" He stood up to his full height and crossed his arms with a giant grin, his sword (which was larger than the blonde's) at his back, ready to be pulled if necessary. "I acknowledge that this may not be the best time, though, Soutaichou. If it's all the same to you, we can talk later." Turning around to the rest of the room, Ragnar began to search the people who entered for a man fitting Kaitou's description; he wanted to meet the new Captain of Division 6!

Espada Tercera

It had been some time really, since the last time the One-Eyed Dragon of the 10th Division had been roused from his recently boring position. He often gave these meetings a miss, but it seemed like the Captain Commander was being a little more forceful than usual getting everyone together. Which meant that there was going to be something particularly urgent to take care of at the time. Though he wouldn't rush, collecting his haori to look at least presentable before he heads out.

Feeling as if he was one of the last to have made an appearance, the former Daimyo gave a curt nod to Rena as he took his usual spot. His eye slowly moving across the room to notice a few new face... two of which seemed to stand out the most. A large bearded man with some ornate tattoos across across the back of his head and another with what looked to be a European blade instead of of usual katana form that most Zanpakuto took. In fact, both had strange weapons considering where they were. Crossing his arms as he took a seat, Masamune would need to remember to investigate these new-comers later. For now though, he would need to wait for this meeting to get under way. With so many of the top ranked shinigami here, it would certainly be important.

He's barely been a vice-captain for two days and now an emergency meeting is underway. The white haired teenager had suspected something was up in those two days simply because of the content of his pile of paperwork. But things are finally happening to break up that monotony. Reo shunpoed right towards the meeting as ordered. Only to slide right into his rightful place as Captain-Commander Lisola's vice-captain, and in parade rest too.

He wore his black blindfold that did nothing but added style to his outfit, black gloves, black long sleeved shirt, black shorts, socks, and boots. His white katana was on his back. Reo would have been considered odd looking if some of the captains also weren't...very...odd themselves. He did see Captain Kokoro...the mad scientist was there. He hoped the man didn't notice him reorganize his paperwork yesterday to make finishing it more efficient. All in all...Reo seemed to be the youngest person there. But he stayed silent, waiting for whoever is left to show up.
