Item name: Tengoku Tenkei (Heaven Sent Warning)
Description:
It has two forms, It's slumbering state and it's complete state. When in it's slumbering state it takes the form of a yellow see through cube made of glass with the properties of sekki sekki that's volume is 6 overall; it is no bigger than a baby's hand. In this state it does nothing and is extremely sensative in the light, so activating this durign the daytime when the sun is shining or in the presence of a ultra violet light would cause it to shatter and then transform into particles of dust making it unusable and unable to be reassembled.
In it's Complete state, it takes a dramatic transformation; the cube shines a bright yellow that is so intense and bright it would be incredibly hard to see for anyone who looks directly into the light, after it's transformation the light dims and the cube is now shaped like a diamond. It is still made of the same material except the Color of the diamond is cyan now.
Effect:
To activate the Tengoku Tenkei, you have to resolve. This means that you have to set your focus intensely on a single objective and the Tengoku will activate itself, it increases the Reiatsu of the wielder dramatically to the strength of a Captain for 4 posts. This increase doesn't make one stronger in any terms of physcial power because this reiatsu is shelled into a seperate bank of the user while they have the Tengoku activated and bent to their will meaning they cannot use this reiatsu without using the Tengoku Tenkei as a catalyst first. Once someone diverts their attention from their objective the Tengoku Tenkei immidiately drains the wielder of their Reiatsu and seals it up inside. They will be void of reiatsu until the next time they activate the Tengoku Tenkei. This is just a side effect of the Tengoku Tenkei, What the Tengoku was made to do and what it does when it is activated; is grant the user the ability to stream Reiatsu on a quantum level.
It's effect becomes information leeching. Anyone who isn't holding the Tengoku Tenkei and is within 10 feet of the holder will have their memories shared with the Tengoku Tenkei. This will take 2 posts before this ability can be completed; and the information is then shared with the holder of the Tengoku Tenkei. Upon establishing contact with someone of a different race; their racial abilities as well as knowledge of their racial abilities become that of the holder; meaning the holder will obtain all the racial abilities the target has. What the holder is limited to do depends on what the target can do. The cooldown of all racial abilities for the user of the Tengoku tenkei is doubled while the drawbacks remain the same. Explination of how this is possible: The property of the Tengoku Tenkei manipulates it's user to the point where Genetic mutation is possible and occurs when the user is at the peak of their resolve. This allows the Tengoku tenkei to do just that; but because the Tengoku Tenkei is imperfect; it doesn't have a mind of it's own nor any stored genetic information other than the holder so in order to store information; one must have physial contact of any kind with someone of a different race.
The Tengoku Tenkei is a sharing item, it connects with your genetic mapping and shares, then mutates your body to matc hthat of your opponent so that you can possibly stand on equal ground with your opponent.
The Tengoku Tenkei only works for humans, as it is; humans are the only race without the ability to do anything other then use their own powers and abilities. The Tengoku Tenkei was created to put humans on equal ground with whoever they are fighting.
The power of the Tengoku tenkei can stretch to other human within 120 meters of the item itself; so it can be used against the owner if one has a strong enough resolve; anyone not holding the Tengoku Tenkei will have access to only a 5th of it's true power, no matter the strength of one's resolve. The user can divide it's power to a ally or even give them 99.9 percent of it's power but the consequences still go onto the holder of the Tengoku Tenkei.
