Technique Name: Dreamwalker
Technique Description: This technique is available in both shikai and bankai, this allows the user to enter the illusion of the target when hit and can fight them inside the illusion, he also has some abilities to change the environments like creating mazes, parks, cities, etc, anything within reason as well as walls to defend against basic long range attacks as well as other illusion based ability

Ability Name: Reiatsu of living shadows
Effect: This is Luke's true manifestation of his reiatsu, when releasing his reiatsu, his shadow will look to being moving by itself and have tentacles coming off of it, this reiatsu normally drains the color from the surrounding area, making the area affected seem bleak and morbid like the life was drained from the surrounding area, Luke also uses a variety of techniques made from his own shadow and shadows within a 10 meter radius of Luke's area of effect; Luke's reiatsu also tends to infect reiatsu based techniques like kido and ceros; turning them black and they tend to grow tentacles of shadows that attack and cause the techniques to backfire on the opponent, especially if the opponent is stealing reiatsu for techniques. this part of Luke's reiatsu lasts three posts before three post cool down.

*The effect chart is for damage, durability, or any other after effect of a technique. The damage/effect/etc will be based off of tiers.*

Opponent is Two+ Tiers Lower: Kido/cero/any energy-based technique using this reiatsu will backfire.
Opponent is One Tier Lower: Kido/cero/any energy-based technique using this reiatsu will backfire but only cause half damage.
Opponent is Equal Tier: Kido/cero/any energy-based technique using this reiatsu can still be fired but with only one-third of the strength it would of had.
Opponent is One Tier Higher: Kido/cero/any energy-based technique using this reiatsu can still be fired but with half of the strength it would of had.
Opponent is Two+ Tiers Higher: Kido/cero/any energy-based technique using this reiatsu can still be fired and have be mostly unaffected by the infected reiatsu, for these tiers, it will give the technique they are using a AR+1 boost during that attack only.

Name: Kokuja sokubakushima (black snake bondage stripes)
Number: 63
Category: Bakudo
Incantation: "Descending pulse, The sleeping leviathan, the carrier of the underworld, entangle the tireless words, raise your hand and let ouroboros come and devour the world within the wheel of infinity"
Effect: This bakudo is a infected version of the normal bakudo "Sajō Sabaku", where the chains are black and there are double the amount to eight instead of the normal four, which wrapped around the opponent's waist, trapping the arms as well as stopping movement, the infection increases Sajō Sabaku's ability to not be broken by physical strength as even captain level shinigami within a hollow form cannot break it and, as a side effect of the infected reiatsu, the bottom and the top of the chains start to grow tentacles which slowly trap the opponent in a cocoon of black, shadow tentacles, the bakudo also squeezes harder slowly over time like a boa constrictor, although a outside force can release the opponent by cutting through it with a shikai released weapon or by the caster releasing it willing or if the caster is knocked out, the bakudo is released in these ways. The other way is that the person trapped can break free using reiatsu for tier one above and higher then Luke's current tier.

Opponent is Equal Tier: Bakudo cannot be broken by physical strength, this applies to tiers below as well
Opponent is One Tier Higher: possibility of breaking out the bakudo using a large amount of reiatsu
Opponent is Two+ Tiers Higher: much greater possible that people of a high tier can break the bakudo using just a general amount of reiatsu, even less for tiers above Luke's tier at this level.

Bumping edits done to these techniques/abilities ^^

For Reiatsu: removed AR+1 bonus and given the infectious reiatsu (the bit about when or if someone steals it for energy techniques) a tier effect chart.

and for my bakudo, made it clear that someone can break free using reiatsu

Technique Name: Exert Pressure
Technique Description: By exerting his reiatsu, Okami has trained himself how to hamper or even stop his opponent’s ability to fight for a short time. This is accomplished by focusing on the enemy and forcing all of the pressure upon them, instead of the passive method of simply using the power gap. This effectively lowers the opponent’s AR by -2 when used on someone with the same AR or lower, scaling to -1 if his opponent’s reiatsu is higher and -3 if his opponent is significantly weaker. Takes 1 post after declaration to take effect, then lasts for 2 turns, requiring a 5 post cooldown . This effect stacks with the natural differences in strength, and do not take bonuses into account.
Technique Effect Chart:

Opponent is Two+ Tiers Lower: The opponent is crushed under the weight of Okami’s reiatsu, breaking multiple ribs under the strain of the simple effort to breathe. Lowers the affected person’s base AR by -3, and causes moderate damage.
Opponent is One Tier Lower: Opponent struggles to move, as their bones creak and their muscles tear under the pressure of Okami’s reiatsu. They have trouble holding up their sword, and fighting is a struggle. Lowers the affected person’s base AR to -3, and causes light damage.
Opponent is Equal Tier: Okami’s foe notices a significant decrease in his muscles’ response time accompanying large, painful muscle spasms, as Okami seems to move at an accelerated rate. His attacks seem to hit harder, and the opponent feels winded and can’t catch their breath. Opponent’s base AR is lowered to -2, and cannot concentrate enough to use Kidou.
Opponent is One Tier Higher: The opponent becomes nervous from Okami’s display of strength, and their reiatsu fluctuates to reflect this. Muscles will start to ache as if bruised, as their breath seems to be whipped away from their mouths. Opponent’s base AR is reduced by -1, putting the combatants on equal footing and preventing Kidou from being cast.
Opponent is Two+ Tiers Higher: Okami’s sudden burst of power surprises the enemy, putting them off their guard. Openings begin to present themselves, and the opponent can’t seem to concentrate on the fight at hand. Base AR is lowered by -1, and Kidou isn’t a possibility for 1 post.


Thought I should check and make sure this is okay. Also, I was wondering if I have to post every technique here during character creation, or just extra ones learned IC.

this ability is normally usable by all shinigami, not just a passive use of the gap but via its effects on others below you or above you via tiers, I would recommend the tiers and ranks page for a explanation on that.

and lastly, as much I can appreciate you needing help, I would like it if you made your own thread for this technique instead of using mine or someone elses ^^; as this thread is for my techniques only so I would like it if in the future, you would mind making your own thread and posting your techniques there instead ^^;
