Description: Kieran forms a ball of Reiatsu that he uses to hit a opponent with and as it makes contact it explodes into a storm of lightning bolts.

Zanpaktou Information
Looks sealed: an normal looking Zanpaktou that has a short chain with a crystal at the hilt bottom and a 5 point star shaped guard the blade is 130 cm long and hand wide at the bottom but tappers to a fine point.
Zanpaktou Name: Raikou Doragon (Lightning Dragon)
Shikai Appearance: the blade of the Zanpaktou turns into two thin rods that look like that anything can cut but when they hit something they flash and a blade of lightning appears and the chain can change length and the crystal has grown to the size of a small ball and it has lightning trapped in it.
Zanpaktou Release Phrase: Strike them Raikou Doragon
Shikai Ability:
Lightning ring discs: by swinging Raikou Doragon above his head by the chain Kieran can make up to two lightning ring discs that can cut most things and fire them out and control them to a small degree enough to make them harder to dodge or block but not impossible.

Chain lightning slash: Kieran slashes Raikou Doragon overhead and a chain of lightning bolts head in the direction of the slash and anyone that gets hit by those blots will get savagely electrocuted and the weaker Reiatsu will be paralysed for a short time.

Lightning cage: the crystal on the chain emits a cage made of lightning around Kieran to block all Reiatsu base attacks
Bankai Appearance: the blade turns into the shape and size of a huge dragon tail made out of lightning and the crystal binds to the free right hand and turns into a dragons head that can fire lightning and wings made out of lightning appear on the back of Kieran.
Bankai Name: Divine Lightning Dragon( Kami kaminari ryu)
Bankai Ability:
Lightning storm barrage: Kieran fires multiple blast of lightning into the sky to form storm clouds that then rain down lightning around Kieran in a 1Km radius.

Lightning steps: an upgraded form of shinpo that allows Kieran to charge at his foe at insane amount of speed and take a slice at him the closer the foe the easier to hit and it works the other way the farer the foe the easier it is for them to dodge.

Lightning redirection cannon:
This ability can only be used if there is a natural lightning storm in the area.
Kieran calls down three big bolts of lightning to his sword that transfers it to the dragon head cannon on Kieran’s right hand and then fire it out.

Dragon Lightning cannon: Kieran joins his sword with the dragon head cannon and then charges up a huge blast of lightning that he then fires in the form of a huge ball lightning.

History: Kieran was born into the slums of Rukon District but he does not know which one for his family move around a lot. Kieran was like any other kid who like exploring and finding out his limits then he started to develop Reiatsu that allowed him to do things that the other kids could not but they stilled like him for he did not use that power to rule them but to help them. Then one day when he was out exploring he came across a hollow hunting other kid so he jumped in and protected the kid from the hollow and just barely defeated it. Unbeknown to him all this was seen by a Shinigami that was hunting the newborn and weak hollow.
Some time after that Shinigami came and asked if Kieran would like to come and train at the Academy Kieran family where so overjoyed that Shinigami had come and ask if Kieran would become a Shinigami that they agreed and Kieran was happy with this for truth be told he was getting broad with the way he life was and was looking for a change.
At the Academy it was find out that Kieran was a rare prodigy that only come once every few centuries and he learnt his saikai well before all the others of his class mates but it was very draining but he train every day with it till he could hold it for 3 full days without fainting and so he passed with flying colours and then he rose up in the ranks of the Shinigami till where he is now.
Personality:
Kieran is a very easy to get along with person but some can say that he can be icey and cold but he is the type of guy that you want having your back in a fight or as a leader for he is fair and he doesn't use his power for ruling but instead use it to help other and that why he is loved and has great respect from his team.
He has only one weakness and that is seeing the world of the living and the human in it for he has been to every part of soul Society and it take a long while for things to change there but the living world different for every time Kieran goes there is always something different.
