Name: Hado 69- Shout Of The Damned
Incantation: Voice of the death god, gather in the sky, coming together under the blade of war and bursting forth with the might of your cry. May the true strength of the voice be heard, eternal in the minds of those it leaves stricken. Fus Ro Dah! <-- Yes I was serious about making this a kido.
Description: As the incantation is spoken, spiritual energy is gathered in the user's throat and upper-chest. The user must inhale deeply, taking a copious amount of air into their body. Upon speaking the words "Fus Ro Dah", all the built up air and spiritual energy will be unleashed in a massive shockwave from the user's body. This is best used for deflecting a wide-spread attack or causing blunt damage to a large number of weaker targets. It can not produce any major damage on an even-level opponent, maybe just a broken bone or two at most, and stronger targets may only be pushed back a bit. The kido is ranked highly due to the destruction that is caused to the terrain when used and being very hard to dodge, Covering a range of a hundred feet around the user,

This is a cone of energy/sound in front of the caster. Not a shockwave centered around it correct

It depends. If you shout upward, then it is a shockwave going around. If it is aimed forward or in any other direction, then yesl
