I was thinking about a word count rule in this website! We distinctly need more quality in this site. We don't need all the Role-Play posts to less than 50 or 40 words. It would be quite ludicrous. And very doleful.

So we should make with a minimum word count that will make the Role play posts improve in the future. I say, more than 80 words; in a single Role play post. Your welcome to go overboard this word count. So every time you post in a role play post; it should more than 80 words and you should enter the word count below your RP post as well.

So what are your thoughts about this? And I don't want any derogatory comments about other peoples standard.

80 for a min is ok. If im working and wanna sneak in a quick rp here or there I think 80 is ok

Personally, I believe that this word count rule is not a good idea as it is currently stated. In some cases like a battle, the posts may be very short, especially in a one on one battle where people are only dodging their opponent's technique and firing their own. In other cases, there simply isn't that much to do or say. So, in conclusion, my opinion on this rule is that there should be a minimum limit of 100 words, but only imposed upon threads in which there is either a large free for all battle or some other type in which a lot of posting is needed. One on one battles and threads without much action should be exempt from the limit. Thank you for taking my opinion into consideration.

I don't care about a word count rule but posting the word count at the end of my posts is just troublesome. Why should I have to waste time going to a word count site every time I post?

To know that you always post more than 80 words?

That should be fairly easy to tell just by looking at the post. I almost never make an rp post less than 80 words, you can tell just by looking at them that they exceed that limit. If someone IS posting short posts then staff can C+P their text into a word limit counter and give that individual a warning. For people like me who don't make a ton of 3 sentence posts this rule just becomes an annoying pain in the ass.

Well... if some people want to bitch and moan about the word counts, then give them an alternative way...

2 5 sentence paragraphs is about equivalent to = 200 words

I'm happy with anything between 80 and 120. Though this new rule wouldn't impose on me much.
