History:
This org was form for one thing in mind the finding of fullbringers and training of them to reach there full ability. this was form by the Clan of lost Demon hunters that Ash wyvern is the last descendent of when it was form it hid in the shadows and only reviled it presence when it find a fullbringer worthy of training and as such it has no real leadership structure to it but it does rank it fighters according to their power and there ability for growth and give them titles that suit that the stronger ones are giving titles of mythical beast. the Demons have some ideas about this org but nothing soild.

Divisions:
the leadership of each division will get a add on to their title

Fire:
the Main attacking force of the shadow Army they attack with the power of the burning of fire and other powers.

Head: Fire storm
Vice-head: wildfire

Water:
The support division and research and healing but dont think just because that they do that they are weak like water when calm they are helpful but when angry they are a force to be reckoned with.

Earth/wood:
the main defensive force of the Army they take the role of defending the places or people that the Army deem need to be defended.

Head: Mountain
Vice-head: immoveable rock

Air:
the most unknown about division part of the Army like the air they are here but not here and they are every where but no where they are the scouts and the Black ops of the Army.

Head: tornado
Vice-head: wind storm

Metal:
the Shock troopers of the army they combine the attacking force of fire with the defensive power of earth they are one of the first to go into battle and the last to leave.

Head:
Vice-Head: Steel.

I say mate, your org needs more detail work. Like these; The Goetie 13 and Bount Org. More detail makes the org more distinct.

Yer no worries this was just to dot down some of the main points before i forgot them and Going to add divisions to it styled after the eastern elements (they are fire, water, earth/wood, air and metal for those that dont know).

Just an idea but you could divide the org into sections ie the elements have the main leader with the title dragon of the heavens the co leader the dragon of earth and they will be in charge of the earth/wood group.
Have the 2 under him be called wings(wing of the wood dragon as example) the two under the wings be claws(claw of the wood dragon) the 5 under the claws Talons(talon of the wood dragon)
I,used wood because earth and wood is interchangeable.

Anyway, good luck with your Org! Oh, I missed a point! Its needs a good name as well.
