Moderator Terms And Conduct

As a mod/Captain of Bleach story your job is to maintain balance and fairness in all board of the site. You are to remain levelheaded at all times and be kind to all members and other staff. Your duties are and include the approval of characters app,techniques,items,and training threads. Your power extends to setting warnings for any breaking of the site rules and addressing instances of godmodding and power playing.

A mod of this site(bleach story) you will be expected to be active and if the need arises to be gone for any length of time to tell staff of the leave. Also if abuse of power is brought,up a group of staff will weigh the case and pass judgement. You Should never allow advertisers.

- All staff must explain WHY they decline things the members.
- If something is declined and it does not violate the rules or banned powers, please give suggestions on how the member can make their app/power acceptable.

terms are also that moderators will help new roleplayers feel welcome and help get everyone to rp more and become more involved with the roleplays on here along with helping get new memebers on to this site.

I agree lt. Minoru Nao along with Lt. Zepher as well. those two should beomce moderators and i suggest michael's 'corruption' is looked into and evaluated please
