First of all if you mean the anime done by the same guy who did RAVEMASTER then it is Fairy "Tail" as in a dog or cat tail.
Secondly I agree that you cant really compare the two except as shounen manga/anime and in that respect both are great. Bleach has more emphasis on the combat and "cool" factor while FT is more geared towards the traditional "friend power" and "burning youth" shounen formula and is obviously aimed at a slightly younger crowd then bleach.
I love both series so I don't have a vote ^^

I agree in the term's of both being far to different to compare, I personally prefer Fairy tail, The story is farr mor einteresting and not all revolved around getting powers or showing who has the highest and strongest spiritual energy,
Bleach is a great manga/anime if you want explosive action and a decent story line but alot of the characters arent relatable.
